Mission

University of Arkansas’ Pride Employee and Colleagues Resource Group (ECRG), formerly known as the Lavendar ERG, is dedicated to supporting and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community within our campus. PRIDE provides a welcoming space where LGBTQIA+ staff and faculty, along with supporters and friends, can connect, find support, and foster a culture of belonging at the university.
