Mission
University of Arkansas’ Pride Employee and Colleagues Resource Group (ECRG), formerly known as the Lavendar ERG, is dedicated to supporting and celebrating all University employes, faculty and students includling the LGBTQIA+ community within our campus. PRIDE supports a welcoming environment where all staff and faculty including LGBTQIA+ , along with supporters and friends, can connect and foster a culture of belonging at the university.
