Mission
The Disability Employee and Colleagues Resource Group (DCERG) at the University of Arkansas is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment for faculty and staff with disabilities. Our mission is to champion the rights and needs of employees with disabilities, provide support, and promote awareness and education across the university.
What We Do
Community: We create a welcoming space for employees with disabilities to connect,
share experiences, and access resources for professional development and mentorship.
Connections: DCERG facilitates networking opportunities and builds relationships that
support personal and professional growth within the university.
Education: Through workshops and events, we raise awareness of disability issues and
best practices for creating an inclusive campus culture.
Join Us: DCERG is open to all university employees, including those with disabilities,
allies, and anyone interested in promoting disability inclusion. Join us in creating
