Mission
The IECRG aims to:
- Foster Community and Belonging: We work to create an inclusive environment where international employees feel connected, valued, and respected. We build bridges among employees from different backgrounds through events, networking opportunities, and social gatherings.
- Improve Retention: By offering support and resources tailored to the needs of international faculty and staff, we aim to enhance their experience at the university and promote long-term retention.
