Latino/a ERG is committed to:
  • Building Community: We create a welcoming space for Latinx employees to connect, share experiences, and access resources that support both personal and professional growth.
  • Strengthening Connections: We facilitate networking opportunities and mentorship programs to help members build valuable relationships and advance their careers within the university.
  • Promoting Education: Through events, workshops, and seminars, we raise awareness about Latinx issues and advocate for best practices in inclusion and cultural competency.

Welcome to the Latinx Employee Resource Group (Latinx ERG) at the University of Arkansas. Our group is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for Latinx faculty and staff, celebrating our diverse cultures, and promoting equity and inclusion across the university.

Dance Class with PSO

The Panamanian Student Organization is hosting a dance class  to show everybody the traditional rhythms and moves from Panama. Participants will be able to learn basic steps of dances such as El punto, immersing themselves in the cultural heritage of Panama.
