Mission
Employee and Colleague Resource Groups (ECRGs) are supportive communities open to all faculty and staff, including those who identify with various affinity groups across the University of Arkansas. Each ECRG is committed to fostering a sense of belonging, advancing equity, and supporting the personal and professional growth of its members. By providing resources, promoting dialogue, and organizing events centered around community, culture, career, and care, ECRGs help create a more inclusive, accessible, and empowered workplace for all.
