Search Committee Member Request

After a position is posted, hiring officials no longer have the ability to add search committee members or chairs via Workday. To request new or additional committee members/chairs hiring officials should use the forms below. 

If any non-university employee has not received the OEOC Search Committee Training, please request via Search Committee Training Request. The request should be submitted before completing the form. Please note in the comments of the training request that the non-university employee will be added to an open search. 

For entering Multiple Committee Members, please use the following format: Please list the full name (First and Last), email address, search committee member or chair and whether or not each individual has received search committee training.

Example: 1. Jane Doe, jdoe@uark.edu, search committee member, has received search committee training; 2. Joe Denver, jdenver@uark.edu, search committee chair, has not received search committee training.
