Employee Resource Groups
Employee & Colleague Resource Groups provide support to employees with similar experiences and offer a great opportunity to build meaningful relationships.
Welcome Message
University of Arkansas Employee and Colleague Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led communities that support a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with our organizational mission and values. These groups bring together employees who share common characteristics, experiences, or interests to provide support, enhance career development, and contribute to personal and professional growth.
Our ECRGs play a vital role in:
- Building community and fostering a sense of belonging

We encourage all employees to explore our ECRG offerings and get involved. Together, we can create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
