Title IX training

For the purposes of compliance with section 106.45 of the Title IX Final Rules, this website includes all training materials created by the Student Conduct Institute for our member institutions to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process in Title IX compliance and practices.

Title IX training is provided by the University of Arkansas System, Office of General Counsel.
University of Arkansas Students and Employees are required to take Title IX training. Employee training can be requested via the OEOC Training Site. Student training can be requested by emailing the Title IX Coordinator.

In accordance with the requirements of Title IX and 34 C.F.R. Part 106, the University of Arkansas does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the operation of its education programs, including admissions and employment. All complaints or reports about sex discrimination (including sexual harassment) should be submitted to the Title IX Coordinator, the Department of Education’s Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, or both.
